Alta HR not responding to taps or movement

Hi - my Alta HR has stopped responding to taps or movement so I can no longer tell the time or see my steps. It is fully charged, the green lights on the back are working, and it seems to be counting my steps according to the app. The screen also works as I see the battery when plugged in. I have tried resetting it. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi!

I’m in the same boat.  Nothing appearing by one face of Fitbit.  Green lights blinking in back.  Recording everything on the app and is taking a charge. We’re you able to get a solution?  Much obliged.

So I figured that the most likely reason for it malfunctioning was water on the inside. So I left it to run the battery flat and let it dry out with no power for about 5-6 days. (We have a really dry climate here so that is plenty dry.) Then I charged and reset it. Haven’t had problems since.
