Alta HR not syncing

I've been using and syncing my Alta HR for a couple years.  Recently it started having difficulty syncing with my iPad and iPhone.  So I removed it and tried to reconnect it many times using the power cord process.  It refuses to connect / sync.  Limited steps are showing up on the dashboard, but I think they were from the Mobil Tracker option, but unsure.  I can't even seem to reboot it.  Any suggestions?

Hello @TomP-Ohio there isn't a power cord process, the power cord is only for charging.

 

Have you been able to reconnect the tracker to your Fitbit account?

Looks like an update issue. I’ve reinstalled my Fitbit app 3 times and it still won’t work.

@SunsetRunner what is not working, you say that you have successfully setup the tracker to your Fitbit account 3 times. Also what phone?

@Spassy13 I'm not sure which of the above issues your having? If it is a sync issue, please include your phone model.

iPhone 7 unable to sync since June 20 

syncs ok with iPad Pto.
