Hi there, I've had the device since April 2018. The past two months started shutting off all of a sudden despite not being empty of battery. I have been restarting it and all good. Today for the first time after restarting it on the screen keeps showing "www.fitbit.com/setup and cannot use it. Please help!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. If you are see that message on your tracker, that means that you need to pair your device. I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
