Alta HR shutting off

My Fitbit keeps shutting off with a charged battery. I’ve reset it multiple times.  No change. Any suggestions?

Hi, I have had the same issue for a couple of months, It randomly shuts off even after charging for a full day.

 

I have alta HR it's about 3-4 years old, I keep rebooting it and it works for some time and then it shuts off again. Surely enough time is spend for charging
