Hi, been having problems with my Fitbit syncing over the last couple of weeks. Had this one for long time and no problems and now can't get it to sync..please help!

Best AnswerMine stopped syncing on my Android phone a while ago. I have just started using it again recently and syncing it on my iPad. It wouldn’t record my exercise yesterday on my iPad then wouldn’t sync - app kept saying I needed to be connected to the internet (which I was). Tried logging out then in again. I now cant even login as it’s telling me I need to be connected to the internet (I am writing this message on my iPad so am obviously connected to the internet!) Please advise as I now have no way of syncing it.
Best AnswerI have same issue. Have reset fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled app several times (restart phone after uninstall). Nothing works. This stinks. The device a isn't recognized at all in the app.. It can't find it.
