I have reset my fitbit about 10 times in the last 3 weeks. It's like its been programmed to only last so long, and I can't find an email address to contact Fitbit direct. Can anybody help? Thank you.

What problem are you having?
It seems that customer support have suspended their email support option but still offer telephone and web chat support via contact.fitbit.com

It keeps going dead and having to be reset, very frustrating. It's 2 1/2 years old and out of warranty unfortunately.
My first Fitbit only lasted 2 years as well!
