Alta dark screen

Hey, my daughter has the Alta which is linked to my account. She has been complaining about not being able to see the screen. The tablet is charged and holds its charge and works fine. Its just really dim that you can only just see it in a certain light. I have tried the reset but no good. I've also tried live chat and support contact but no luck there either. Please can anyone help/advise.

I’m having the same problem. It shows up fine inside, but if I’m outside I can’t see it at all. 🙁 I was hoping someone on here had a solution

i have the same problem with a blanc black screen on my ALTA HR .age 1 1/2 year      I`m  hoping someone on here had a solution
