I just recieved my Alta, Its been fully charged and is not responding to taps and the screen is black, nothing. I did the button thing on the charger and nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @Quinn5150 the Alta series was discontinued about three or four years ago, so it could be your Alta has a battery that is dying. Can you return it to the seller?

@Quinn5150 that is wonderful news. When the replacement arrives, set it up as a new device on your existing account. That way, your history will be there and you can continue the journey.
