Alta not syncing since Apr. 25th

I've been in another area where many people's Fitbits are not syncing since Apr. 24th.

I believe someone sent me here. I'm hoping someone from Fitbit can help in this area.

My Alta hasn't been syncing for longer than that. Totally frustrating

My Alta stopped syncing on April 29.  Has anyone heard anything?

Mine doesn't give me credit for all my steps sometimes. I have to go through the FitBit Setup process at least once a week, but it fixes the issue. I am on a PC though, not a phone, but you can try it.

I’ve tried that numerous times. Won’t get past finding my tracker. “Connecting to tracker” just keeps spinning. Very frustrating!

Can you try plugging the Dongle into the USB port, reload the "pairing",
and see if it finds it? I did have to do that a couple of times over the
past year. Again. I am connecting to a computer not a phone.

Just curious ... what does FitBit Support say about the issue?

Support says they know there is a problem and they are working on it. 🤔. I’ll probably call the help number. Thanks for the assist.

Mine is doing the same.  WHY.  It worked fine before.  I'm hoping FitBit can sort it out.  Seems very strange to me............

For help we need to know what you sync through, and it is helpful to have android users in one thread, iOS on another and pc users in a third. 

Have you looked at the help docs

I have the app on my iPad and my iPhone. I updated them both to iOS 13.4.1 and neither one will sync. Have tried numerous things and nothing works.
