Help! 4 hours ago my Alta was working fine, then all of a sudden the app told me there were sync issues. I tried restarting my phone (android) , turning bluetooth off and on, usually these would do the trick. This time the troubleshoot page asked me to unpair and re-pair alta, so, I unpaired it, but then it couldn't find the device, asked me to charge it (though it had full charge) but couldn't find the device this time either. Then all of a sudden during the pairing action it vibrated a few times and now the screen is entirely black and the device is overheating. I unplugged it but it won't cool down. What should I do?
