My Alta will no longer sync. In fact it stopped syncing on April 29th. Now I tried several times to reset it up on my Fitbit account but it does not recognize the device! Thanks a lot Fibit for basically not recognizing your product! Yes, I know you stopped making this version of a tracking device, but really? It stopped syncing without notice! Waste of money!
Exactly the same issue is happening with me. Only way I can get support is to phone them but due to my anxieties this isn't as easy as it sounds so been sitting without mine for almost over a month. So pissed off
Im going to try and reach out to them tomorrow, but if no solution just make it public and more people will gravitate to samsung devices. There should be a resolution to getting us back paired especially if its still in here
