I have had my Alta for a couple of years, I sync at least daily. Last week I noticed my sleep didn't record for 3 days. I ended up uninstalling the app from my I Phone 8, reinstalling the app, and finally got the current day's sleep to update.
I was good for 4 days, now my sleep is not updating again, only my steps are updating, I realized my battery life isn't updating either. When I sync in the app on my phone it appears that the sync has completed. However, I went into my account and it shows the last sync was at 10:30 last night.
What would allow my steps to update but my battery and sleep to not update? Sync looks complete but sync date and time never updating? My I Phone 8 is at software version 13.4.1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't work this time.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. It's weird to hear that your steps are syncing but the rest of the information isn't. Please take a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
