Hi my Fitbit Altra HR screen is blank. Have tried to reset it buy putting g it on charger and pressing button on cable. Nothinghappens . Any suggestions? Silvana

Had the same problem, did the same thing with no results. Contacted customer service they had me try reset again after cleaning the gold contacts on watch and charger with rubbing alcohol. No luck ! Left it on charger for like 12 hrs plus rebooted and it worked. But the green lights stayed on all the time .....no blinking like before. Now battery not keeping a charge for more then like 24 hrs. 
im getting a new device
