Okay, I also have a cracked screen, but also my heart rate is irregular and Sometimes spikes while Sleeping... how do I track my heart rate while Sleeping.

I also have a crack screen on my alta HR  But I would also like to know how to track my heart rate while I'm sleeping because I have an irregular heart beat and sometimes that spikes while I'm sleeping
