Hello, today after my 15 minute walk this morning the fitbit indicated the correct steps & then all of a sudden it changed to over 160,000 steps.  What is causing this? Thanks

Hi @SunsetRunner  Try restarting the Alta HR several times and hooefully it wont happen again.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums! 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please try the restart process that was suggested by @NellyG in her post and also you can delete the steps that were erroneously synced with your account following the steps that are specified on: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
