I sleep 7 or more hours sometimes and my fitbit still tells me to “catch more Zzzs” I don’t understand why. Even after 9 hours it says I need more sleep! What’s going on?

My Fitbit just completely doesn’t report sleep on certain days - randomly- 3 times in the past week?

This has also happened to me — a lot. Not really happy about it.

Came on here to report the same thing. It never used to say catch more zzzzs, just poor if I'd had a bad night's sleep. Since that changed, it has said catch more zzzzs for every single day regardless of how long I've slept for. I have a Charge 3, which makes me think it's an app issue if it's happening on different watches.

Hi, Ricardo. I have been trying for about six weeks now to get my Alta HR to report sleep details. Have tried re-set; different band position; and several rounds of email with customer support. I’ve done all that’s been suggested. I still get at most one night a week’s worth of data. Truly frustrating, and I’m just posting here to say that the problem remains.
