Device not vibrating with notifications

I’ve been able to sync my Fitbit to this new phone, but the Fitbit does no longer buzz or vibrate when calls or texts are coming through. Is there a way to fix this.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me, seems odd that your Alta HR is not vibrating when you receive notifications. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device vibrates when you set up a silent alarm or when you charge it? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for months, since I bought my iPhone 11 in December. It worked perfect with my previous iPhone 5.

I have tried every possible way I have seen people suggest online, and no success. Could you just let me know if this is an issue has not been resolved yet? and if it has been resolved let me know of any "new" step to take?

Yes, my Fitbit has a slight vibration when plugged in to charge. I do not know how to restart my Fitbit. Hopefully you can help me. My old phone was an apple 7 and worked real good.
