Hi
My FitBit Alta is fully charged (can see the fully charged battery on the screen) but screen will not activate.
Have tried resetting 3 times (vibrates but no screen display)
Sync worked before exercise this am, however now it just shows a red exclamation mark and will not update.
Can you help me fix these issues please.
