Is there a way to contact Fitbit about this issue?

Hi,
A while ago - I contacted Fitbit help via chat. They were able to help me with my issues that time. Yesterday I didn’t have time to do that - and chose to look here at the forum. I rebooted several times (and did other things listed as well) and when I went to be it still had not updated. Then this morning it was there.
fitbit website does say that they are aware of issues for people using iOS 13.

There are chat options on the fitbit website. I don't have time now, but if it is still happening over the weekend, they will be hearing from me.
Best AnswerI have an iphone 5s ios 12.4.4 (latest version) that worked fine until Monday.
I will try to restart my Alta HR
Best AnswerFinally recorded today’s exercise NOT yesterday’s but now my heart rate is all crazy so it is not an accurate representation of my exercise. BTW I reset it 10 times in a row and then today’s exercise showed up.
I’ve restarted mine and removed device and reinstalled still not syncing yesterday’s, todays exercise or all my steps! Are fitbit monitoring this to give us some update? The apple watch is looking more favourable at the moment after being a fitbit user for years!
I will admit to being a little disappointed as exercise is still buggy. Typically Fitbit is much better about communication for issues. Perhaps there in the middle of transitioning to the new Google masters
I am not an Iphone user - I am an Android user and exercise is not showing up on my phone. I will be contacting Fitbit as this is very frustrating.
Best AnswerMy status is working for exercise now.. Nothing I did. But exercises from yesterday remain gone, not displaying on either the app Dashboard nor the online Dashboard. Similar situation when this happened before. Reseting Fitbit Alta HR, yesterday, did not correct the issue. My opinion is that it is a “feature” of the Fitbit Dashboard, so does not matter what mobile phone one has. As others have said, frustrating.
Best AnswerI called Fitbit - they had me look over a few things in my app and asked me to restart (plugging in and pushing button 3 times) and acted like they were not aware. Told me to call back if I was still having the issues. I have done that 3-4 times and deleted and rebooted app twice & it’s still not working. It’s not recorded exercise correctly on the 14th or 15th. Will call again tomorrow and update if I get any different info.
I have the same issue with the exercise. Took a long time for 1-14-2020's exercise to show up and when it did the dashboard said 68 minutes - it should only be 30. Today (1-15-2020) it hasn't showed up at all, but on the dashboard it says 38 active minutes, which is correct. So annoying!
