I notice that my Fitbit Alta ONLY works while it is being charged (the charger is BRAND NEW). Which does no good. I want my Fitbit Alta to ALSO work WHILE I’M WEARING IT....I’ve had my Fitbit Alta since 2016 or 2017. IS IT JUST TOO OLD and THE BATTERY (inside) OF IT IS DEAD?? I need answers. Thank You.

Hi @LinZay At a guess, at that age, I'd  say it has probably died. Try restarting it several times, but if that doesn't help then 6ou need a new one.

I have the same problem. Restart/ reset won't work. Fitbit is dead the moment I unplug it. When I plug it, it lights up to show full battery then nothing else. I've had mine since I think early 2018.
