My Fitbit will not sync. I tried hooking it up to the charger and pushing the button 3 times in a few seconds, but it doesn't work.

I’ve tried the reset process several times over course of a few days  Should I consider this Fitbit dead,? I would  like to know of any options  to restore it.Hoping not to have an additional expense at this time. Thank you

 

i also cleaned the connections .

I've tried everything but still can't get it to sync. I can get all of my daily numbers on my Fitbit watch, but can't get my sleep numbers. Unfortunately the whole purpose of me purchasing the watch was to trac my sleep. Waiting for my daughter to visit to see if she can figute it out.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
