The time and date are not right on my Alta HR. How do I set it?    May have happened after not wearing it for some weeks, battery went down.....

Have you synced it to your mobile device? Mine gets the date and time from my phone when I sync it.

Hi, did you get your Alta HR to work yesterday (changing the time)? I am getting frustrated as I have been unable to change the time on mine, even after working with someone at Fitbit!
