After I charged my Alta HR, I lost about 5000 steps from my workout this morning. How do I get those back?

Hi @Druciana, welcome to the Community Forums!
Tanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that your device is deleting your steps. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Only the steps information was deleted or heart rate and distance as well? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device and check our help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? to add the 5000 steps into your account.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

This is happening to me as well. Stats stay in app for the same day, However, once date changes, everything is reset to zero(steps, distance, active mins) except calories. Calories have a magic number of 1436. It's happening for me for last 3 days.

This was the only time that many steps, but there have been a few times that I lost less than 1000 steps which can be frustrating but easily made up. The mileage reflected the new step count, but the steps on the workweek challenge reflect the correct steps.
