My Fitbit Alta got wet in the shower, most of the community posts I have read said that they should be splash proof, sweat proof and water resistant. So a couple days ago I accidentally wore mine in the shower and I was stressing about it so I searched everything I could possible. I read one post that said it would be splash proof, sweat proof and water proof. I just want to know if there is anything wrong with it because the screen keeps on turning on. How can I fix it, is there anything I can do?

You should be able to sync it with your phone and it will be right

Actually, you’re right. I was able to use it even though it didn’t have display, getting the data on my phone. But I contacted Fitbit support and they sent me a new ‘pebble’ when I could prove that the display didn’t work. Their customer service is great.
