Hello!
When I go out running I use my fitbit app to track my run. Normally after every run it displays how many kilometers, total time, pace, map, distance exercise laps (lap/kilometer/pace), calories burned, impact on your day. For me the pace is important because it helps me see my performance.
I have gone out running 2 times this week and during the run I hear the voice cues letting me know the pace, but when I finish the exercise it only shows me total time and calories burned. I dont have the map or the distance exercise laps!
I haven´t done anything differently so I don´t know why the change.
I need help please!

Something is really wrong with my exercise tracking program. When I exercised on Monday the “map“ of my walking route shows up on Tuesday. None of the data is being recorded such as mile pace and calories. All my data forAlmost two weeks now says “null” and “no data available“.
HELP!!!

Hi Erica, I’m sorry this is happening to you too. I still haven’t been able to solve it. I also noticed that is tracked the exercise 2 times but neither shows map or pace by kilometer. If I’m able to resolve it I will let you know.
