Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Are you not receiving text notifications only or phone calls too? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Best AnswerHi Ricardo. Yes I tried all of that. It actually started a couple months ago at about the same time as an iOS update.
I have done all the following and then anything else I could think of or read Online
To start with troubleshooting, open the “Settings” app on your phone and confirm or adjust the following settings:
Verify that Bluetooth is on and that your phone can share system notifications:
To see notifications from your phone on your Fitbit device, your phone must receive phone, text, calendar, and app notifications.
For Call:
For messages:
For Calendar:
All other apps:
Do Not Disturb:
This feature prevents your phone from sending notifications. Verify that Do Not Disturb is off:
Set up notifications in the Fitbit app:
