Not tracking sleep correctly

My Alta HR has stopped tracking my sleep correctly. It does not start tracking until after I've been asleep for 1 to 2 hours. I find it interesting that this never happened when I was subscribed to Fitbit's premium program. This didn't happen until i cancelled my premium membership. I still wear my Fitbit and sleep in the exact same way as I did when I had premium. Hmm, I guess money talks.

Mine has stopped giving me sleep details around that date too. I didn't try premium, though.

Mine is similar. Went to bed at about 11:45 pm last night. Synced reading shows 3:15 am. I got up at 7:07 AM and Fitbit record of that time perfectly. The time that is off is the time I was sleeping. Also I took a nap yesterday and it recorded my naptime perfectly. Someday as it does not report any sleep whatsoever. Any solution? I have never use premium.

Jacmar is a walker, not a jogger.

Thanks, is yours an Alta HR? Maybe someone will have a solution for us. Stay tuned. I think Fitbit should help also.

Same here. I've never had Premium.
