Hi, 

I am trying to remove a past friend harassing me with fitbit challenges and when i click on the profile from my account, i only see the report profile option from the app and from my laptop, I click on remove friend and get a 'Something went wrong' error.  Please kindly assist.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
