The screen on my Fit Bit Alta HR does not work. The fit bit syncs and it can charge. I already tried resetting it, the fi bit vibrated like it’s supposed to but the screen didn’t turn on. Basically my fit bit is fully functional but the screen doesn’t respond.

I understand your display on your Alta HR is not lighting up but still syncing and capable of charging. Restarting your Alta HR is a great troubleshooting step in situations like this one. Let’s make sure your quick view wasn’t accidentally disabled.
Here’s how:
open your Fitbit App
tap your profile picture on the upper left
scroll down and tap Alta HR
now scroll down and ensure that “Quick View” is not set to off
If that does not resolve your issue I would again try restarting your Alta HR. I would suggest trying this multiple times in a row. Sometimes the button on the charger is a step forgotten or a bit tricky to find so I’m going to provide s screenshot as well. Again, try these steps several times:

I’ve already restarted multiple times. I’ve also found out that the Fit a bit is 100% working. It’s still shows steps on the app and it still records my sleep. Silent alarms also work. It’s just the screen doesn’t turn on

I’m so very sorry the troubleshooting steps did not resolve your issue but I am happy your still getting credit for your steps as well as your silent alarms working. It’s just a technicality but did you press the button on your charging cable three times within four seconds during the restart?
