Unable to sync device

Continue to "cannot find device" when syncing.??? Both are charged- phone and Alta

I powered my phone off, let it rest a while and then restarted.  Now will sync information frim last 2 days.  Thanks.

Just wait, it will screw up again. The Fitbit app is full of bugs that they either can't or won't fix. I've had syncing issues for months.
