My watch was working perfectly yesterday, and today it’s coming up with a battery icon with diagonal lines on it before the clock screen. I have tried restarting the watch and it won’t go. I have also charged it to full. I have a fit bit Alta

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times? Since you already restarted your device to no avail, I recommend you to follow the steps that are specified on: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and let me know how it goes.
