7-Day Summary shows No Sleep Data

The 7-Day Summary on the Fitbit app shows no data on Sleep portion. I do have recorded sleep data on my Fitbit for more than a year. I reset my Fitbit and reinstalled the app. Still says no sleep data.

Android version 2.44.1 (Beta). Moto X Pure running 6.0. I don't remember the exact date,  but it was when I first used the 7 day summary, which was some time on the first week of February.

 

FYI, I was not on the Beta version when I first noticed it.

Please tell me how to get hold of beta Fitbit app releases?

FYI Because it is a Beta Version, there might be bugs. Those issues can not be reported here.

I thought mine was not showing the data as this is my second full week with it.

Thanks but it won't let me download as it looks like my email address needs to be added to a beta testing group to get permission.

Same issue here on my Charge 2. I have sleep showing nightly but 7 day shows nothing. 

Firmware 22.22.48.14

Charge 2

Android Samsung Galaxy S6.

 

Also reminder notifications quit about the exact same time.

Fitbit charge hr won't give me my 7day summary

I'm using the Blaze for my sleep, and this post won't help you directly, but all of my 7 day summaries are there.

 

The PC Dashboard, the Android and even my weekly email report which just came in.

 

I'm on the latest firmware releases and Android V7.

 

This may help Fitbit isolate the issue for you..

I apologise.. I have just checked the NEW Dashboard and there is no 7 day summary sleep data. I still use the old Dashboard.

 

I'm up to date on App and Blaze Firmware.  Running Android V7..

Same exact issue. Using version 2.42 on android. I have a charge 2. I wonder if using the android sleep app in conjunction has anything to do with it?

I'm having the same issue. Sleep data is shown in the app and online, but does not appear in the 7-day summary. This is the first time that I've checked the summary on the app, so I'm unsure how long it has been happening. The summary that I get via email each week displays the sleep data correctly.
