I've had an issue for a few months now where my logged food doesnt accurately show up on the main screen icon, and instead have to open the full food log to view my calories.
Starting yesterday, the food log is not displaying my calories at all after adding them. Hours later, they might show up, along with all my other attempts to log my food. It's been a mess, and I've had to resort to just writing it all down.
Customer Support told me to log out, restart my phone, log back in, and try logging. That didn't work. Then they said to uninstall the app and reinstall the app. That didn't work either. I'm still having this issue today, and it's quite frustrating because it's like the main thing I use this app for.
Is this some bug that just needs addressed in an update? My app is up to date, having an update done two days ago. Anyone else having this issue?
Edit: I would like to add that this only seems to affect the quick calories input. Any specific measured food I add seems to show right up, but since I use quick calories throughout most of the day, I cant accurately track my food anymore.

I've been faithfully checking, and haven't seen the 3.60 update either. Although, from the sounds of it, it doesn't really matter anyway, since many people are reporting it doesn't fix the problem. That means at the current rate, it will likely be yet another month before any possible resolution.

RodrigoMFitbit, even if we all had access to the 3.60 version if you look at the comments it seems 3.60 does nothing to fix the problem.

Same issue here. Recent and current food not updating. Main screen shows zero calories. Did anyone find a fix?

Lizzy, I have been talking to FitBit support who say that 3.60 is NOT available.

Same here. It started on 6/6/2022. Tracking on my Android works normally during the day. The Cal In vs Out graph is correct. The next day the previous days calorie intake and graph have reset to zero. The correct calorie intake is shown on the app dashboard page so I can do the math to see how I did.

I'm still experiencing this issue after updating both the app and my phone. Uninstalling the app also has not fixed the issue. I also lost about 2 weeks of calorie data during the update process.

Still beyond hopeless on Android sadly. Nothing is syncing to the web dashboard therefore the widget isn't updating and food logs are only available locally. Deleting/signing out just wipes all the data.

When I go to install, it still shows 3.59.1. Any idea 3.60 will be in the Play Store? The food tracking issue is so frustrating!

Don't worry about 3.60 because it does NOT fix the food tile issues.

Ugh! Makes we want to leave Fitbit and find a new way to track. 😞

I understand. I've contacted Fitbit Support through Twitter and the Support line and this was response:
We understand where you're coming from and sorry for the inconvenience that this has brought you. The issue is being looked into by our team as of the moment and working to a resolution ASAP. We do appreciate your time and patience with this matter.

So since we were told to come to this thread instead of another. NO it is not in the Google store for 3.60 and those who did get 3.60 say this didn't bother to fix anything anyway. At this point Fitbit is letting down multitudes of users and just doesn't seem to care.
And the app no longer auto recognizes exercise (yes I was out long enough) and no longer just syncs upon opening if I don't "pull down" on it. It did all of this up until about 2.5 weeks ago.

Please open a ticket with Fitbit Support.
Because they DEFINITELY aren't monitoring this forum frequently or there would be a formal announcement about all the issues.

Hi everyone.
Thanks for keeping me posted, and the steps tried on your own. I'm sorry the update is not available for some of you, and the issue persists for others after installing the Fitbit app 3.60 version on your Android devices. I've forwarded this feedback to our team so they can investigate and identify a permanent fix.
I appreciate your time and patience, and I'll update this thread once I have more information to share.

There isn't even a 3.60 update in the Google Play store. I just checked yet again

Fitbit app release 3.60 didn't fix ANYTHING. Think all active users including myself want a permanent fix for all the issues as soon as possible.

The 3.60 *bug fix update rolled out on June 1st. (I updated on 6/7 - Android in the US) It is my guess that 3.60 is no longer being offered on playstore because it does not work. IMO, it made things worse.
