I've had an issue for a few months now where my logged food doesnt accurately show up on the main screen icon, and instead have to open the full food log to view my calories.
Starting yesterday, the food log is not displaying my calories at all after adding them. Hours later, they might show up, along with all my other attempts to log my food. It's been a mess, and I've had to resort to just writing it all down.
Customer Support told me to log out, restart my phone, log back in, and try logging. That didn't work. Then they said to uninstall the app and reinstall the app. That didn't work either. I'm still having this issue today, and it's quite frustrating because it's like the main thing I use this app for.
Is this some bug that just needs addressed in an update? My app is up to date, having an update done two days ago. Anyone else having this issue?
Edit: I would like to add that this only seems to affect the quick calories input. Any specific measured food I add seems to show right up, but since I use quick calories throughout most of the day, I cant accurately track my food anymore.

Thanks all, I agree, there are 100's of comments and reports and no answers apart from quick fixes that only work for a few hours and I was shocked at how long this issue has been going on. Already looking at other brands.

I've been having an ongoing issue with the calorie tracker for almost a month now. It seems to be alright if I log any foods that have previously been submitted to the database, and it will also log old custom recipes since before maybe May no issue. The problem starts whenever I attempt to input a new custom recipe and then log it for that day, once I attempt that then my calories in will not display on the dashboard even if I attempt to log any other foods afterward. If I try to add a new custom recipe to a previous day's calorie count, it will wipe the count completely to zero. This is irritating because much of what I eat is home made stuff that can't be found on the database, so at the end of the day I really have no idea what my intake and macros are unless I just write them down physically. I've tried hard quitting the app, signing out then back in, shutting the phone off and turning it back on, and uninstalling then re-installing the app but the issue remains. In fact, the glitch doesn't go away until I have to re-install, but it happens the second I try to log a new custom recipe again. Is anyone else having this issue? Please help!

I'm using a combination of scanning bar codes and manual entry of foods.

Why is it that it's June 22 and the incorrect macro nutrition information is still wrong when it has affected so many people for well over a year!
Very frustrating...tell me why I'm paying for premiums again?

Google Play doesn't have the updated app. Still has 3.59.

My app is updated. I removed and reinstalled app, and it worked for a week or so then stopped.

Not too happy to see how long this issue has been going. I called customer support a few times and they assured me that a solution would be in place in a few days or weeks but after seeing how long this forum has been going I think it's time to move on to a different fitness tracker or at least a third party app.

I had been using Fatsecret on and off since 2010 so I'm lucky to be able to hop back over there without much fuss or customization needed. But I can see how this is a terrible pain to somebody trustinf Fitbit as their all-around fitness app (as it should be).
Craziest part for me is I just recently became premium...and this is the welcome I get 😞
FWIW, I went back to check and things broke for me when I added some Quick Calories on and later in the day tried to a custom food.
The tracking imploded in my app. Full collapse.

@JuanFitbit If your team is truly "working hard" on a solution, a fix would have been released by now. Please tell us an ETA. Thanks.

Any updates? This bug is causing my trainer to not be able to see my macros in trainerize either, and I'm going to have to switch over to myfitnesspal for the time being which is unfortunate because everything is conveniently located in one app with fitbit.

I agree. I purchased my Fitbit about two months ago believing that Fit it was a quality company with quality products, but while I feel the tracker is made well and works correctly that app is flawed as well as their customer support.

The current app version in Google Play store is still 3.59.1 and was last updated in Play on May 19, 2022. So where's the update?

The 3.60 update was released on June 1st. It DID NOT CORRECT THE BUG, so I am guessing that they removed it. 3.60 provided more glitches than fixes.

When I track my calories they do not appear in the bar chart view even though I have tracked.

Wasn't 3.6 for iPhone and 3.58 or something for Android?
