Best AnswerMy Inspire 2 is BRAND NEW! I think I have it synced to my PC now, but it still won't sync to my Samsung phone. I remember when I first got a Fitbit it worked really easily. I'm hoping they fix the bug. It's really annoying because I basically like the device.
Best AnswerHopefully fixed soon. Really frustrating. I have a Charge 2. It's still counting my steps, but not updating on the app. I'm manually writing them down to keep a record of it. Also, my "sync" button is not showing anymore. Ugh.......
Best AnswerVersa3 with Android Moto G7 - Syncing but not receiving any notifications or phone calls at all. Rested the watch to factory settings twice and reconnected with no response at all - even the test call in the notification section in the app is not working - it's really shocking that a company like Fitbit that I once though it's a respectable one, would release un-tested firmware. and would spend 2 weeks without a fix. You should release the previous one and apologize till fixing the issues in the new version at least.
I switched to the Galaxy 21 2 days ago and STILL can't get notifications. I've done the troubleshooting tips to no avail. I will not keep this phone if it doesn't work with my versa 2 but have a limited amount of time to return it. Can ANYONE tell me if this will ever be fixed?
Best AnswerAny idea when this issue will be fixed? I'm starting to get very frustrated with the Inspire 2. The 1st one that I received totally quit after 1 week. I waited approx 3 weeks for the replacement to arrive and have been having issues syncing since then. Your fix above worked earlier but is no longer working. Is this just me or are others having the same problems.
When are fitbit going to sort this please it has now been four days of not receiving notifications or calls

Still no notifications...
