THE "FIX" DOESN'T FIX THE SYNC PROBLEMS
My apps are all up to date, I've restarted all apps/phone, unpaired & re-paired via Bluetooth, have a great wireless internet signal strength & my fitbit still will not sync!! There needs a fix that works...send it back to software developers. I have a Versa 2.

Nothing I have done has fixed anything and no one was Fitbit has replied to any of these comments to help! Now the strap has snapped on mine, only been using it about 2 weeks so assume it’s either faulty or it’s from taking it off ALL the time to charge it so that it might connect back to the Bluetooth! Think it’s time to invest in an Apple Watch.

Hi
Still not working and the patience you mention is long gone.
Just a continuous stream of pre written excuses.
11 weeks with no real explanation.
My versa is long out of warranty so I am screwed.
Get something together for your users that might make Fitbit even seem like they really care.

My sleep reminder still turns itself back on after syncing. I am so tired of this notification. The only thing I can do is edit it. Can't remove it. Every time I toggle it off, when my app syncs it's back on.

I have not been able to synch my device since Thursday. Bluetooth is not being recognized. I have re-installed the app. Is this a system issue or an issue with my device?

I've seen syncing issues with my Charge 4 for a long time - but I have always been able to "fix" them by restarting the phone (power off, then power on) and occasionally also restarting the device too - then everything works again.

I did the update in play store and nothing has happened. My fitbit has completely died. I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and all has been fine until about 8:00 pm last night (which was the 25th).

I purchased a new Charge 4 to replace my Charge 2 in November, 2020 because I was having problems syncing with my Android phone. The new Charge 4 worked fine for awhile, but has been having problems syncing for at least two months. I'm constantly charging my Charge 4 to insure it has a full battery. I also charge my Samsung A21 phone frequently. When I power cycle my phone, it will sync for at most a day. I turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on and it may sync for a few times. Then, it is time to power cycle my phone again.... I purchased my first Fitbit product in October, 2017. Syncing was not a problem in 2017 and 2018. I've upgraded my Android phone several times with the hope that upgrading the phone would fix the problem. I do not have a problem pairing any of my phones with other Bluetooth devices I own. I believe there was some change to the Fitbit app that is causing this problem with syncing. Please fix this problem, so I and many other users can enjoy their Fitbit devices again.

I do not have an Android phone, have never had an Android which you say I have. I have an Apple iPhone 7. Contacted Fitbit regarding my Charge 3 not working and have been told you show I still have a Charge (my old one which I gave to my husband).

I googled the old Fitbit update and downloaded the April 6th update. It fixed my Fitbit app on my android. The reinstall allowed my phone call alerts and notifications again. The site's name is not permitted in the community, so I could not post the link.

I just purchased a new Fitbit Sense, I can link it, but NOTHING shows up on the screen. I unlinked my Fitbit Versa 2, when I tried to relink, though it is connected via Bluetooth, nothing happens, I can see my steps etc. But cannot do the same with the new Sense, it is connected but, the app cannot see it.
