Brand new phone, freshly updated installed app. The pairing has been taking more than an hour. This is very very frustrating.
Hi, I need help with my Fitbit Charge 4 and I do not see threads to review related to my issue. About 4 days ago it started draining the battery within 5 hours; it will not last overnight, and now it will not even charge on the charger. It used to last 3 days easy, even when I was using the GPS everyday. I bought it last August. I was not using the GPS at the time. I need help; it is my go-to for everything. How do I fix it???
Best AnswerAny ETA of when the fix will start working? **ahem** annoying as i use it to monitor my BP .
Best AnswerIs there also an issue with iOS notifications and syncing?? I have an iPhone and my Fitbit Inspire 2 hasn't been getting any of my texts/calls/calendar notifications for at least a week now no matter what I do to try and fix it.
Best AnswerI did the update at the beginning of the week and my phone is the right version and it still doesn't sync anymore.
Best AnswerThis still continues to be an issue for me. My sense will only stay synced for a short period of time and then it's disconnected again. I have firmware version 44.128.5.38. I use my Fitbit previously to make sure that I did not miss notifications, or phone calls that were important. Now most of the time I do not get any notifications or calls at all and must re-sync my Fitbit to my phone. This is very frustrating, to the point that I'm thinking about just getting a different type of smartwatch.
Hi, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the fitbit app & restarted my phone. Phone is up to date & running Android 11. Fitbit app updated yesterday (26th June). My health metric data is still missing. Can you help?
Best AnswerHave a Samsung A71 and Charge 3. Never had a problem with my last Samsung (A50). Been waiting since last years for Fitbit to fix this. Got excited about the new update. Updated to (3.43.1). Tried to add the Charge 3 again. Made sure all permissions were enabled etc. We have found your tracker...connecting...connecting...connecting...NOPE!! Go to Bluetooth. Won't pair (An app is needed to use this device) or (Couldn't pair. Check settings for this device and try again). I have tried all the work arounds. I am not the only one! Why can't Fitbit fix this???????? Why should I have to buy another device when I have already spent money on a Fitbit I can no longer use??
Best AnswerIf anything, the latest update I just got two days ago has forced HRV and Breathing Rate to stop working so seems there are more bugs in this update to be squashed
Best AnswerThis doesn't help me....2nd time this has happened...seems to coincide with 'updates' my versa lite will not sync with my android phone after. Not happy!
