I don't even get the vibrating...anymore. I was getting the vibrations but no notifications before trying the update "fix". I am floored by how many are having this issue. I love my fitbit but in the future, I may have to look elsewhere for my tracker needs.

My Sense has completely stopped working. The battery isn't charging! I am so frustrated. And when it was charged would not sync...and the updated didn't work! Could someone please help me. Email amdgld@yahoo.com. phone 6184068291.

I am no longer getting HRV or BR on the Health Metrics for the last two days, likely since the last update was installed. Or is there something else I need to do? Thank you.

I still have issues to sync my charge 3. My app is up to date and I tried already to delete it and pair it again but it would not pair again.  Can you help me please?

Is this spotty syncs? Everything works except HRV and skin temperature from what I can see.  I'm also in a beta testing and that stopped working Friday also.

Sorry it's only my HRV and breathing rate.  Is this part of the same issue? I also emailed the testing team due to my beta testing stopped working Friday also. I just did a update on fitbit app last night too

I agree completely! I have had a Fitbit Alta HR for years ( which gave me
all the information I needed) and it worked just fine until last week! I
was told that the device was the problem so I bought a new Alta. Waited
almost a week for it to get here and I have the same problem. It will only
sync when the device is on the charger! I am now convinced that it is the
app that is the problem and not either of my devices. I am going to try to
uninstall the app and reinstall to see if that works but I'm not very
confident.
FITBIT...YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!
You just auto billed me for the next year of Premium! Funny how that works
but the app doesn't!!

Can we have an update on this please? I bought a sense for prime day and 2 days after it arrives it stops working. Fitbit help just say "we're working on it" and give a case number. Very disappointed so far!

I have a Charge 3, the date and time cannot be reset even though I’ve followed all the instructions. I got a message from Fitbit saying they were working on the problem with my Android, which I do not have, I have an iPhone. I WILL NEVER AGAIN OWN A FITBIT.

I found the problem I had in not receiving the messages. I had the messages paused. I don’t remember pausing them, but on the watch itself this is done when you slide the face to the right. There on the first row at the top is a minus button and mine was paused. I touched it and started receiving messages again.

This new update has done nothing but cause issue after issue with my Fitbit Alta! What are the steps you are taking to try and fix this! My Alta HR stopped working right after the update and customer service told me it was the device! I bought a new Alta, waited a week for it to get here and it is also not working at all. Will not sync unless the device is on the charger! This is unacceptable! I have performed every work around suggested in absolutely nothing is working! Except for the fact that my premium subscription was Auto build yesterday! Funny how that worked! 

I am about to cancel everything and return every Fitbit device that I have ever owned! This is no way to treat your long-standing customers!!!

Same problem with my Versa 2 with fitbit premium om samsung. No BR or HRV since friday.

I have done EVERYTHING to fix the syncing issue. Every day I experience something else not syncing correctly. All the resets, unistalls, and forcestops, create more issues. Now along with not getting credit for a full day of exercise it no longer syncs my steps in an hour so it looks like I did NOTHING. No one seems to care that their product does not work. For months these issues have been reported and nothing has happened to fix the problem. Fitbit keeps taking in the money for a product that does not do as advertised. Only option at this point is to purchase another product that does what it advertises it does. Buying my fitbit has left me with a forever knowledge of a company who takes more from their consumers than they give.

I have been trying to sync with my phone for 3 days and am having no luck.  I have tried all the various steps that are listed and still cannot sync.  I even deleted the firbit app and reinstalled it at around 10 p.m. last not and still nothing.

I have been waiting for two days to get my Versa Lite back up and running and now I don't have anything. So how much longer does a person have to wait. It was in sync mode but nothing happened for I can't keep spending a lot of money on watches like this.

After updating I still needed to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. Once I did that and logged back in my Charge 4 was recognized and synched right away. Finally!
