They told me that is my watch that is not connecting with my iPhone therefore I have to purchase a new one and because i’ve been a being my watch for two years I don’t qualify for the warranty so they want me to stay with Fitbit and they offer me a 35% discount toward a new Fitbit I’m not sure I wanna do that because I think is everybody having problem with the Fitbit

Just buy a watch on Amazon. Just got mine AMAZFIT - $85 - easy to set up
and does everything my fitbit will not. Easy set up.

I have Android, OnePlus mobile, Fitbit is new (bought in May 2021). I restarted a few times, I updated both the app and the OS. HRV and BR from Health Statistics are still not working. They have been missing for two days.

I have a Fitbit Sense and experienced "trouble synching device" until Update 3.43 1. Since the update everything synchs, watch and Android app stay up to date.

Sometimes app shows the old error but still synchs. Status then shows "Updated moments ago".

 

Metro by T-Mobile Motorola One 5G Ace (v2021), Android 10.

This has not been fixed.  Since none of us are getting satisfaction from Fitbit Customer service, they're acting like it's fixed or they've never gotten any calls from anyone else or whatever, I suggest we hot social media and let all know our dissatisfaction with Fitbit and also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because they will look into it further.   Especially if Fitbit will not refund our money or will only offer 35% off on a new one.  I mean, who wants a new Fitbit? After their lack of response  and/or denial of the issue.  Thankfully, I got mine at Costco and they are really good with returns so I should get my money back.. I will not buy another fitbit.

Well I have read here people maybe buying iphone thinking it will help. Please dont this is effecting all phones . The only help will be from Fitbit. It all worked and then on Friday /Saturday it all started going bad. My Sleep is now not working along with Health Metrics. I read somewhere that its been fixed and tomorrow it will all work . So should we all take a vote on who believes LOL . So we shall see.

Why are they saying that this issue is fixed when it clearly isn't for everthing my Charge 3 is syncing burnt notifications or calls coming through on watch 😡

This app update hasn't fixed my issue.  I've rebooted, deleted and added the FitBit Charge 3, but nothing seems to work. Help!

I've done all the upgrades and check but still not getting notifications since 6/25/21. Galaxy S10 Android 11 and Fitbit 3.43.1... pls advise.

So many iphones are having the same issues. It is the app version, not everyone’s phones and fitbits.

I had to force stop my Versa 3, then restart my phone. THAT finally worked after 2 days of following Fitbit troubleshooting advice. Pressed side button until the logo came up and waited for it to do its thing. However, every time there is a fitbit update, this lack of syncing seems to occur. Yay in the name of improvements.....not.Sent from my Galaxy

Mine will sync one minute and then stop and start saying app is neede when I try to connect and pair to my Bluetooth. I have tried everything this is ridiculous.

Hi there. I made sure I had v. 34.3.1 Fitbit app. Finally i force stopped my Versa 3 by pressing the side button until the fitbit logo appeared. While it did its thing, I restarted my phone. My phone app finally (after 2 days) synced with smartwatch. I haven't had an issue since. BUT I will say every time Fitbit has an update, it throws my syncing into chaos.Sent from my Galaxy

This is what I finally did. I made sure app was version 34.3.1 (my phone was running 34.3) ... then I found a tip online. I force stopped my Versa 3 with the side button. So on your charge press the side button until the Fitbit logo comes up. Let it sort itself. While that's happening, restart your phone....or off/on. This ACTUALLY GINALLY after 2 days of mental hell, worked for me. I find that every time Fitbit does an update, I am in sync hell. Good luck.Sent from my Galaxy
