I'm getting so tired of this it's making me mad. And nobody knows nothing why it's doing what it's doing. I cannot get my texts and I cannot get my calls. It keeps kicking me off of the Wi-Fi

It also stopped connecting to GPS for about a week now.

Hello, I purchased and received a new Chase 4 this week and use an iPhone for the app. Tracker does not sync accurately. Didn't record my sleep at all, and my 20,000+ steps from yesterday disappeared.  😞  Problem is not just with android phones...

My Versa 3 needed an update to fix the issues. The CSR at Fitbit had me uninstall the original app; then, FROM THE APP DTORE, install the Fitbit app from there.
It solved my problems, and it runs much more efficiently…just a possible option

As a new user (3 days!) I was disappointed to have Syncing problems on day 2.  With the suggestion of another user, Syncing issue has been resolved (fingers crossed) by rebooting watch, and once that was finished I deleted and then reinstalled the app.

I buy versa3 for two days trying to restart my phone several times, Uninstall apps , turn off the watch and restart but all not working. Factory reset the watch two times with temporary working but less than 4 hr. The same problem came again. 

I'm un-paring Bluetooth and the watch rejected paring.

On another community forum it was stated that the Google Pixel 4a 5G is not listed as a compatible device.  ??

Is this issue only related to Androids?  I have IOS and my Fitbit Inspire 2 that is not syncing to the app. Last sync was 6/19/21, 5:36PM, so it hasn't recorded all my steps.  I am a bit frustrated.

Yeah...I have an iPhone. My phone app is hung up on the download screen. What do I do ??

After updating to the latest version my fitbit versa 2 will no longer sync or receive notifications from my phone. Have tried unpairing and re pairing for it to sync briefly but now back to unable to sync issue again.

I tried this and now my internet connection is off.Now not syncing not logging..Notification still not working. I think your Fitbit Company has been hacked.. With all our information.. What are you going to do for your users??? This is totally unacceptable!!!!

There are so many comments, I am unsure this has already been mentioned so I apologize if it is a repeat. I have a Versa with my galaxy note 9. I have had syncing issues since last week. I just factory reset my Fitbit and uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone all to no avail. The app will recognize the Fitbit but disconnects when it tries to connect and set up. Do you have any idea when this will be fixed. I cannot tell if it is my Fitbit device or this problem you are referring to.

I removed my Versa 2 from my account and now my Galaxy S9 can't find it again. I've turned Bluetooth off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled....nothing works. Very frustrating!

Hi i was sent a replacement fitbit Inspire last week as the other one stopped tracking my sleep and i was talked through a few things and it ended up wiping everything off and still not working. After a lot of hassle i finally got the new Inspire to sync with my phone. Trouble is i have to keep turning Bluetooth off and on again as it wont sync. The Inspire gadget has the sleep icon blanket out and says no data. Plus the Signal messenger app no longer work and im getting no notifications of either messages or phone calls on my Inspire. Very disappointed and wont be buying another one if these issues dont get sorted

Does not help...waiting on you all to fix the software issue.  My Versa 2 just flashes the fit bit logo, wont charge, wont do anything.  The app sits for hours saying its syncing.  Counting on you guys to fix this - my Versa is only 6 months old.

how do you force quit the app?  delete app?
