Hello,
I just tried not to mark Facebook Messenger for syncing (as one person suggest) and syncing is working without crashing for around 3 hours already. I don't get messages from WhatsApp only (it marked in Fitbit app). But all other messages are coming from my my phone.

I can sync but get no notifications. I actually did a factory reset and added Versa 3 as a new device. Still doing the same thing! Very frustrating.

This is so frustrating,! Since the update my Fitbit won't sync calls or messages. I completed a factory reset and added it to my phone again as a new device only to have the whole issue continue again. My Android phone was working fine with Versa 3 prior to the update!

Has it been fixed yet? I git FitBit Versa 3 two days back and the notifications are not popping.

When is this going to be fixed? This is such an annoying issue and not a one off. I've had syncing issues with my charge 4 ever since I got it which usually requires me to restart my phone several times a day. Fitbits are not cheap so I didn't expect I'd have this level of daily workaround to get it to work as it's supposed to.

Hi, Since 18/6 batterie on my FITBIT CHARGE 4, is disappearing in 2-3h, without even choosing activity. when I changed it again it died completely after showing 70% of changed battery.
Can it be connected to sync issuer as well? Android mobile in use.

Can you please advise any idea of when this issue will be fixed, next week, next month, next year or never. It appears this has been a problem for some time. Had I known of such issues, I would never have purchased such a device, that is not fit for the purpose it was bought for. I will keep trying various methods to get the Versa 3 pairing with my Samsung Galaxy S7 which is still a very good phone in perfect condition. I'm not in anyway confident this issue will be solved soon so will reluctantly return it to be replaced with another make that I know will work with my phone.
I shall be advising friends and family NOT to purchase such devices until the compatibility is ascertained. Fitbit should issue a list of compatible phones, if they are concerned at all.

@sidmobile, are genius. I got notification received with Vibratior on Versa3. It's working after disabled.
I guess that "Enable Transliteration" might bug or human error programmer ? Hopeless Fitbit !

Restarting the device (Google how to do this depending on your mobile) not force starting the App (which I did 5 times) works! Sorted out last 4 days of sync issues

has this been resolved at all? because my versa 3 that I only received on this past Friday has been working fine until today when it would not receive notifications, I am very disappointed that something I spent almost £200 on and only had for 2 days has now already failed.
I will be sending back and getting a refund if not resolved soon. everything I have tried has not worked, including the suggestion to force stop the app.
please advise me on this?

What is the forecast to solve the issue? I'm about to give up on fitbit already... I had a lite that stopped syncing overnight, so I bought sense and now this... I'm not going to change my cell phone's operating system because of the smartwatch.

This is just terrible. Chatting with support is also a terrible experience. The issue was passed to the "expert" team and I'll be contracted by email. That was 3 days ago.
For such an expensive device, it really is poor support. Not to mention that the device itself is really substandard, like logging 200 floors every day when I walk up a single flight of stairs.

Hi,
I tried everything as per some the best/choicest answers; update iOS, logout, uninstall app and then reinstall Fitbit app.
Yet nothing worked. I earlier thought that I just can’t write a new post but rather later
I also realised that I can’t even cheer or comment on others’ post. Comment/cheers stay for a while but when I refresh page, it gets fizzled out.
Requesting something that could fix these unsolvable issues I posted above. I am using an iPhone SE 2020.
In addition, the fitbit chat is not good enough and there are no contact details to speak to any fitbit rep.
