Forced quit, than it wouldn't sync... went to blue tooth on my phone and reconnected then I could sync and it works now, thanks! It's probably known but when I click on fitbit controls in my blue tooth I always get a msg saying "can't connect to fitbit controls" But everything is working right now after the force quit on my phone.

Best AnswerThanks for my patience??? I mean how long does this take? The reason why I bought my SENSE was for the text/phone notifications while running and they are gone now. I could have bought a Timex and saved a lot of money. So WHEN is your projected time for solving this issue?????
Totally agree
Its Development mode on the watch (Versa3). From settings on the watch find Developer bridge, then enable it.
I have the same issue ,now my Fitbit went dark it doesn’t sync and it doesn’t track
Best AnswerAbout 2 hours ago, I guess - got a text that actually notified me on my wrist for a change after not working for a couple days.
Best AnswerIt hasn't resolved. Still not working.
Best AnswerI completely agree with you. This is very frustrating!!

Hi everyone, for all of you who are new to the Fitbit Community, welcome.
Thank you for sharing how you feel about this. I see where your frustration is coming from. Just wanted to jump in and share an update, it should be fixed with Android 3.43.1, please make sure to install the latest Fitbit app version as soon as you get it. (Keep in mind that app updates are rolled out, which means that not everyone will receive it at the same time)
If you're experiencing syncing difficulties with an iOS phone, please post your inquiry on the iOS board, to keep the forums organized.
Once again, your patience is truly appreciated.

Is Android 3.43.1 released? If not, do you have a release date? When it comes to installing updates as soon as they are released, automatic is set by default in Android. Just in case I recommend everyone to check update settings. You will find it in Play Store App -> Network Settings I have 418 apps installed on my phone, so I chose to update only by WI -.FI. You can also choose to download from any network.
