Temporary? My charge 3 hadn't synced since June 3rd.
And this is a continuous issue. I'll get help, it'll finally sync, but only lasts for a week or two.
I love the watch but the app is not acceptable!!!!!!! Specifically got it for the sleep info but only get a week or so at a time before it stops syncing again and again and again! 😡
Best AnswerIf you go to the apps store and enter Fitbit, when it comes up, it will say Update Fitbit. That what I did so I could finally add a device. Still having problems, but at least it is syncing.
Best AnswerWhat is the news Fitbit? We are all here waiting, unable to use our Fitbits and, in my case, paying for a premium service which I can’t use.
This is not acceptable and needs to be fixed soon!
If not, I will be sending my Fitbit back to the shop and asking for a refund.
My fitbit versa lite has been unable to sync properly for days now. I have tried on my iPhone and a laptop. For the most part it is entirely unable to connect or sync at all. I have done all of troubleshooting available. I have gotten to sync twice in the past 3 days and it keeps losing time. I even factory reset it. It synced briefly and then stopped again.
I had the issue of the notifications not working on my Google Pixel 3XL and after trying all the solutions listed nothing worked.
As mine was still syncing (and soy data was up to date), I did a final sync, uninstalled the Fitbit app from my phone and reset my Fitbit Versa to factory settings on the watch.
Once I reinstalled the app and linked up the watch again and enabled notifications it's now working fine. Not sure how long it will last but it sorted the problem for me.
Best Answerdevice has not synced since june 15th (today is 6/20) whenever refresh to sync it sits there forever then ! error sign. I restarted Android phone, rebooted the fitbit, and turned off bluetooth (forget device as another help message suggested) now it will not re-pair - something about a wrong passkey not detected.
force stop ap did not work for me. tried restarting phone - tried rebooting fitbit - tried unpairing bluetooth to repair -NOW I CANNOT PAIR BLUETOOTHE. android finds Inspire2 but never pairs. have not been able to sync since june 15th (today is 6/20)
I switched my Ionic off in hopes of getting rid of the issue. I powered it back on and the Excercise app on my watch is missing. Android app lists it as installed. Will this also be fixed with whatever the engineers are trying to accomplish for the last few days?
