A tip for all Charge 4 users who cannot set up their tracker with the Android app or who have set it up but then have problems syncing.
Delete all previous trackers from the app - I had an HR Charge and a Charge 2 still registered in the app, and none of the solutions for pairing the Charge 4 worked (I got to the stage where I entered the pairing code, but the pairing would not complete).
Once I cleared out the app, all the set-up took 30 seconds.
Best AnswerI have anxiously been awaiting the arrival of my Luxe Fitbit, which arrived today. However, I cannot add it to my Fitbit App! I have restarted my phone, restarted my Fitbit, turned Bluetooth off and on, and logged off then on Fitbit App. What can I do? I am so disappointed!
My watch has actually just stopped, it won’t sync because the blue tooth is no longer there. I appreciate you’re working on it, this is my 3rd Fitbit. I can’t afford another and I’m trying for a marathon. This kind of malfunction, isn’t ok. Do you know how demotivating it is to push like hell on a bike ride and be told you only did 11k in 2.5 when starva has you on 60? I can’t explain, but whatever is wrong affects the gps and blue tooth, there is no way to sync and my watch actually lost another 10 minutes today. This is not ok.
Does this issue have to do with the mileage being way off for a walk or run when using the workout tracker on the android app?
I'm having the same problem. I did all the tips steps and it's syncing but my phone nor fitbit will detect each other therefore I can't get any notifications
Me as well. My Fitbit won’t sync and the clock is wrong. It’s losing time. Been going on all week!
I noticed on Tuesday, I wasn't receiving my notifications like texts, calls and emails ect. I feel a little better that its just not me. I hope they fix this quick.
Wow!! How about they replace them....we didn't cause the glitch!!
I am hoping that people who have replied here will be notified when there is a resolution- I have spent the whole day trying to get this to work since I got a new phone this morning and my fitbit that worked fine yesterday will sync but no notifications are coming through on the new phone (Android). Have tried all of the troubleshooting multiple times, force stop, reinstall, re setup the device, etc. Help. This fitbit is only a week old after my last one burned my wrist.. it's too bad that this says it's resolved/answered, it doesn't appear to be so.
