Fitbit, can you please respond to all these comments? There is now a very large group of people all having the same problem and we are waiting to hear whether you are going to fix it.

Yeah. That’s what I’m afraid they’re gonna say as well. Or give me a 50% off coupon like last time I had this same issue!

I've been extremely disappointed in the Versa especially considering the cost of it.  It's just plain junk.

Me too,  I tried that fitbit versa 3 was nothing vibrator with message when notification receive from my sister sent for test.    Other Versa got working a alarm with vibrator.     👉 It's very important a versa help vibrator for DEAF people need know message for their work... otherwise their boss gross for late message. 

 

Long time is nothing update since I been told you fitbit in 6 months ago....also everyone told you since 4 years.    It's nothing UPDATE. What do Fitbit team have done.  Everyone been paid these Versa most expensive price.   If Fitbit haven't done, everyone will replace to Samsung or Garmin wrist watch on anytime soon... So I will.   ☹️

Is Fitbit doing anything about it? Do they know that, reinstalling several times a day is a failure!

Nope,  I did tried that restart both mobile and Versa.  It was nothing.    Last 2 weeks ago was fine working before update.   😕

i have spent hours onto live chat trying to sort this problem out. I have done everything they have asked me to do uninstalling the app factory reset my ionic and all along they knew there was a problem syncing your firbit to android and iPhone. I think it is totally disgusting as i have since thinking my ionic was completely unrepairable purchased another one . what a con and waste of money when it is there fault these fitness devices aren't working

Ever since I updated, my sense no longer receives notifications and it keeps dropping Bluetooth connection.
