Now the Android app is updated to version 3.19.1 (I jumped from 3.18 to 3.19.1), you can delete your old messages and notifications.
Nice.
Ughh, 24 hours later... they are all back 😨

I am sorry I didn't update my post again. I am able to delete the messages and they stay away over time too, everything is working fine.
So I am very satisfied again.
