Hi @RosieB2004, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa are still flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Versa and then try the steps that are specified on our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to resolve the syncing difficulties.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Only one light flashes
occasionally on back of watch, the oval shaped one 2nd from left.

I cannot restart watch as I can't get into Settings. Some functions are
working such as Quick Settings, notifications of text msgs, reminders to
move every hour and incoming phonecalls. But, my clockface is blank and
since I cannot sync, i don't know whether the problem is with the watch
itself or with Clockfaces.

I purchased the watch earlier this year in April and have not had any
issues with it until now.

Thanks for your time in trying to resolve this.

Cheers,
Rosie.
