Blaze can sync with my Samsung galaxy 8+

 Pairing rejected by blaze to my Samsung galaxy 8+, and no notifications,no music sync, I  have bought 2 fitbit blaze thinking that it was defective but I guess it's an issue with their app.

Hi there @chatis, it's nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! If the initial set up is failing all other features won't be able to work with your phone.

 

So if you are experiencing issues to pair your tracker please give it a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Turn your Fitbit device off and back on using the instructions from this post.
  2. Try the setup process again.
  3. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet (turn it off and then back on).
  4. Try setting up your device again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
