I can no longer open the Fitbit app after latest "update", app is unresponsive and closes. Using Pixel 3A. Is anyone else having this issue?

You may try to "clear the cache" of the Fitbit app. The way to do this is somewhat different for each launcher.
Normally you should find this option when doing a long press on the app.
Clearing the cache will probably resolve the problem, if not a reboot would be the next thing to do.

Thanks for sharing those details on your post. If after clearing the cache the issue persist, please try the following:
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Uninstall the app from your phone
- Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date
- Reboot your phone
- Reinstall the Fitbit app
- Login using your account credentials
I've moved your post to the android board due to this situation is related to your Fitbit app not to your Versa 3.
