I upgraded my cell to a Samsung S21 Ultra 5G. I uninstalled, reinstalled the Fitbit app then restarted the phone. There is a notification to update Versa, and I cannot update the watch, pair it, or set up the wifi.
Any suggestions?

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. While you're in the set up process, you'll be able to update your Versa, please try the troubleshooting posted in this article, even though some of the procedures have been followed, it's recommended to follow the steps as described there.

SilviaFitbit, thank you for your time. The issue was I had two active phones. I am not a techie; however, some apps started working, including Fitbit, when my son reset the old phone. Too complicated for me.
